Fuel retail runs on trust. We're building the record.

Kiwi exists so that station owners don't have to choose between trusting their people and knowing their numbers.

The problem we're working on

Most filling stations run on paper, phone calls and trust. The gaps are expensive: readings that don't match cash, short deliveries, litres that leave without being sold.

Deregulation raised the stakes. Prices move weekly, margins are thinner, and a loss you could shrug off five years ago now decides the month.

The software for this problem mostly comes from abroad, built for sensors and equipment Nigerian stations don't have.

What we're building

Kiwi is the operations record for the filling station: every litre in, every litre out, every price change, every person's actions. One place, checked automatically, readable from anywhere.

It works with what you already have. No sensors, no new hardware, just your team's phones and a few readings a day.

Built for the independent owner losing quiet litres, and the operator who wants to see every branch without driving there.

How we work

Three rules we hold ourselves to. Feel free to hold us to them too.

Built for the station, not the boardroom

If a busy attendant can't use it during the 7 PM rush, it isn't finished. Every screen is designed for a phone, in a hurry.

Numbers you can defend

Every figure traces back to a reading, a person and a time. Take it to a supplier or an auditor and show where it came from.

Nigeria first

Naira, VAT, West Africa Time, PMS, AGO, DPK and mobile data realities. The design brief, not afterthoughts.

Built with operators, not just for them

Kiwi is built hands-on with Nigerian station operators, from Abuja. Features come from real stations' daily headaches, and when you talk to us, you talk to the people who build the software.
